Term

1. The term of primary membership shall be from the date of enrollment as member up to 31st December of the subsequent third year
2. The term of every active member shall be three years from the date of becoming an active member and every active member must recruit during his term at least 20 primary members to continue to qualify as Active Members.
3. Notwithstanding Clause (b) above, the office bearers of the Party and its various Committees, once elected or nominated, will continue to be active member of the party till they are relieved from the office or the post of the office bearers.
